A Family Vacation

We decided rather last minute to go on our vacation to Branson.  We usually go every other year.  This is the master bedroom in our condo.  My parents stayed in the same building, so it was so nice to go down and visit them as well!
I purchased quite a few of these Bunny Cake candles from the Yankee Candle Outlet in Branson.  This of course made me very happy!  I love that it has the full sized label.

Lauren and I went to the Disney store.  I love all things Disney!  I purchased the large Minnie Mouse for our little Disney room.

Sweet little Lauren insisted on purchasing this Marie mug for me.  I love it so very much.

We took the children to a little sweet treats shop, and I thought the decor was just so very cute!

Lauren got some fudge to enjoy.  Megan and her friend Gianna got coffee and Justin got some candy.  My husband Steven and I are doing the Keto diet, so we just looked but did not partake.

I of course had to bring some wax melts to enjoy at the condo.

I had to snap a photo of these vintage looking Nike's.  They remind me of the ones from when I was a teen.

I also saw these vintage reproduction toys at Target.  Oh the sweet memories they brought back to me.

I enjoyed looking at all the lovely Christmas displays at Cracker Barrel.

Every time I see these old fashioned candy sticks, it takes me back to my childhood.  I would always get one of these during my childhood vacations.

They had the prettiest Bath and Bodyworks store in Branson.  They had so many yummy smelling candles.

I was glad we ended up going to Branson this year.  It was not really busy because most every one had already gone on vacation.  We enjoyed a lot of shopping and just relaxing together as a family.  The children enjoyed the pool quite a lot.  It was a blessing to have my parents in the same building.  I am so very happy we decided to go after all.  I am very content to stay home, but a change of scenery truly was nice.  I thank you for stopping by my little space.  God bless you.  Warm hugs to you.  ~Juli

  1. I am so glad you went too! It looks beautiful and fun! I have that Bunny Cake Candle and it smells amazing. Every single thing you shared brought me right back to my childhood as well! I had those exact sneakers! Glad you had a wonderful time, dear friend.

  2. I’m glad y’all had a good time. Branson is our favorite place to vacation but we are holding off until this virus settles down, I’ve never been to the Yankee candle outlet there. I’ll add it to my list.
