~A Little Thought In My Heart

 I have been so very grateful to have our little house to shelter us this winter.  We have had a lot of sickness, and my husband had to have surgery on his knee a couple of weeks ago.  During all of this, I thank God for allowing us the blessing of having our little house.  Home is a place that we can rest our souls when life gets hard.  It is a place where we can honor God with our prayers and service to our family's and those who visit.  

As a homemaker I feel blessed to care for our home and those inside of it.  In my Bible study this evening, they were talking about having a servants heart.  This is something that I often pray for myself about, that God will help me to serve those he brings into my life and do His will every day.  In a world where there is so much to distract our hearts away from serving Christ, we should pray that God allows us to see the path he would have us to follow.
