~A Peek Into Our Week

My parents came down for a visit.  Here is little Leo sleeping on his great grandpa.
Leo is able to pull himself up and standing.  He is getting so big.  I truly love being his grandma so very much.
Here is a drawer that I keep my face care items in.
I am so thankful for my little home library.  I love books so very much.  Our library is also our workout room,  I figure you can work out your body, and then work out your mind by reading.
In the evenings I enjoy a cup of Lemon Balm tea.  It helps me to relax and sleep better.
I enjoy reading my Peanuts book.  It has comics from years past.  It just brings some light hearted joy to my life.

I had planned to do a no spend year, where I didn't purchase anything except needed items.  After talking with someone dear to my heart, I decided to do a low spend year, and I decide from month to month if it will be no spend or low spend.  January has been a no spend month.  I have been enjoying myself with out spending money on things I don't need.  I have had some times where I longed to go thrifting, but truly it has not been too bad.  I want to enjoy life in a more simple fashion, where I am not finding joy in spending.  I have been enjoying reading books, watching YouTube, chatting with people dear to my heart and reading my Bible and devotionals.

I want to thank you for taking your time to stop by my little blog.  I hope that you are doing okay.  I thank all of you who have kept me in your prayers.  I pray for all those who visit my blog.  May God keep you in His loving care.  Hugs to you.  ~Juli
